What is Sisterhood? Sisterhood is a women's organization within the Congregation that unites women in friendship to promote community service, social activities, and initiatives that benefit both the synagogue and the broader community. This organization fosters the growth of each individual, providing opportunities for women to fulfill their potential within the community. Why Sisterhood? Within the Congregation, Sisterhood represents the collective presence, voice, and strength of women. It serves as a platform for women to collaborate and work together for the betterment of the Congregation. Here, they can initiate and develop projects that align with their interests, and Sisterhood can also create cooperative programs with other groups. Sisterhood is a vibrant force in fundraising efforts for the Congregation. Who May Join? Membership is open to any woman, whether Jewish or Interfaith. Sisterhood is truly the magic!
